Refunds, kept simple.

Purchases open soon. Here is the policy for our planned packs.

1. Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if your pack still has unused credits. Remaining credits are removed on refund. Fully used packs are not eligible.
2. Email support@aibackyarddesigner.com with your order reference within 7 days of purchase.
3. When purchases open, we plan to reply to refund requests within 1–2 business days.
4. When purchases open, approved refunds will go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider will determine when the funds arrive.
5. When the designer launches, a failed design will return its credit automatically so you can try again.
